What you'll do

As the Manager of the Technical Account Management team, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional technical support to law enforcement agencies. You will lead a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed. Your role will involve identifying agency pain points and providing tailored solutions to enhance their operations. You will act as a change manager, helping agencies adopt new technologies and practices that improve public safety outcomes.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and success. This includes regular communication with clients to understand their needs and challenges, as well as providing training and support to ensure they can effectively use Axon's products. You will also collaborate with other departments within Axon to advocate for the needs of law enforcement agencies and ensure their voices are heard in product development and service delivery.
