What you'll do

As a Professional Services Manager at Axon, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of Axon's comprehensive suite of products. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure that they adopt solutions that enhance their operational workflows. Your responsibilities will include managing the deployment of Axon's products, facilitating training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with customer requirements, ensuring that all technical solutions are delivered on time and within scope. Your role will involve significant travel, as you will be required to visit various Axon hub sites and customer locations to oversee implementations and provide hands-on support.
