You understand the importance of customer engagement and are skilled at building relationships with corporate leaders and technology decision-makers. Your ability to communicate effectively and act as a Trusted Advisor is key to your success in this role. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership and drive real change, and you are passionate about enhancing organizational workflows and efficiencies through technology. You are adaptable and ready to travel up to 75% to meet customer needs and ensure successful product adoption.
Desirable
Experience in the public safety or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with Axon's suite of products. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly, ensuring that clients realize the full potential of the products they implement.
What you'll do
As a Professional Services Manager at Axon, you will engage with customers during both pre-sale and post-sale phases, providing consulting and support to ensure successful product deployment. You will manage the implementation of Axon's products, including Evidence.com and body-worn cameras, ensuring that they meet customer timelines and expectations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate technical deployments and address any challenges that arise during the process. You will also be responsible for conducting evaluations and tests to demonstrate the value of Axon's solutions to potential clients.
In addition to managing deployments, you will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, gathering feedback and insights to improve product offerings. Your expertise will help shape the customer experience, ensuring that clients are satisfied and empowered to use Axon's products effectively. You will also play a key role in training and supporting customers, helping them to integrate new technologies into their existing workflows.
