Desirable

Experience with Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) services is a plus, as well as familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. You are comfortable working with various cybersecurity tools and technologies, and you have a knack for thinking outside the box to solve customer challenges. A background in technical project management or consulting would be beneficial, as would any relevant certifications in cybersecurity or risk management.

What you'll do

As the Professional Services Manager at UpGuard, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive Cyber Risk Posture Management services. Your role will involve overseeing the implementation of solutions that address Vendor Risk, Attack Surface Management, Human Risk, and AI Risk Automations. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique security ecosystems and guide your team in integrating UpGuard's solutions effectively. Your responsibilities will include documenting business requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring that the solutions delivered align with customer expectations and industry standards.

You will also play a crucial role in driving measurable maturity in your customers' security practices, helping them to navigate the complexities of cybersecurity risk management. By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team, you will ensure that UpGuard remains a trusted partner in the cybersecurity space. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing customer adoption of our products and services, ultimately contributing to the success of our growing customer base.
