Axon is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to lead partner strategy and execution for Vehicle Intelligence. You'll work cross-functionally to expand Axon’s vehicle data ecosystem. This role requires strategic execution and collaboration skills.

Who you are
You have a strong background in strategic partnerships and business development, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to drive partner strategy and execution is complemented by your collaborative nature, allowing you to work effectively across various teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster strong relationships. Your strategic mindset helps you identify and structure partnerships that align with business goals, particularly in the realm of vehicle intelligence and data ecosystems.
Desirable
Experience in the technology or public safety sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with automated license plate reading (ALPR) technologies. You are comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments and understand the importance of compliance in partnership agreements. A background in data-driven decision-making will enhance your ability to contribute to Axon's mission of protecting life through innovative solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the partner strategy for Vehicle Intelligence, focusing on initiatives like automated license plate reading and sensor-network expansion. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and onboarding partnerships that enhance Axon’s vehicle data ecosystem. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to accelerate the adoption of Axon Fusus and related products. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening Axon’s position as the platform of record for real-time operations and investigations. You will also engage with fleets, enterprises, technology platforms, and data providers to integrate vehicle intelligence signals into Axon’s offerings.
