Axon is hiring a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to lead partner strategy and execution for Vehicle Intelligence. Who you are
You have a strong background in strategic partnerships and business development, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, sets you apart. You are strategic and execution-oriented, with a proven track record of driving successful partnerships that enhance product offerings and market reach.
Your experience in the technology sector, particularly in areas related to vehicle intelligence or data ecosystems, gives you a unique perspective on how to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit. You are comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments and understand the importance of compliance in partnership agreements.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of partnerships to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is key to your success in this role. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on society through technology.
Desirable
Experience in the public safety or law enforcement sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with automated license plate reading (ALPR) technologies. A background in data analytics or vehicle data systems would also be beneficial, enabling you to understand the technical aspects of the partnerships you will manage.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of partnerships for Axon's Vehicle Intelligence initiatives. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and onboarding partners that contribute to Axon’s vehicle data ecosystem. This includes working with fleets, enterprises, technology platforms, and data providers to enhance the capabilities of Axon Fusus and related products.
You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify partnership opportunities that align with Axon’s strategic goals. Your role will involve structuring partnership agreements, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful implementation and integration of partner solutions.
You will also engage with Sales and Marketing teams to promote partnership offerings and drive adoption among customers. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs will inform your partnership strategy, ensuring that Axon remains competitive in the vehicle intelligence space.
