Overview

Amazon is hiring a Senior Worldwide Partner Specialist for their Data & AI GTM team to architect and scale partner programs. You'll work with AWS to enhance partner experiences and drive adoption of Data & AI initiatives. This role requires strong program design and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in partner program management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role — you've successfully designed and implemented strategic frameworks that enhance partner engagement and success. Your expertise in AWS and its offerings allows you to effectively communicate the value of Data & AI solutions to partners, ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive.

You possess exceptional stakeholder management skills — you can navigate complex organizational structures and secure cross-organizational investments to support partner initiatives. Your ability to identify gaps in partner experiences and develop scalable solutions is a key strength, enabling you to drive awareness and adoption of partner programs effectively.

Your strategic mindset allows you to architect comprehensive scaling and adoption plans that reach partners through various channels — whether through direct engagement, enablement of Partner Development Managers, or innovative GenAI tools. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can orchestrate complex initiatives across multiple teams within AWS.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and execution of partner programs for Data & AI across AWS — your primary responsibility will be to enhance the partner journey by creating strategic frameworks and resources that facilitate partner success. You will collaborate with various AWS organizations, including Partner Core and product groups, to ensure that partners have access to the necessary tools and support.

You will be the architect of the partner journey, ensuring that programs are effectively designed and implemented to meet the needs of preferred partners. This includes securing investments and resources that drive partner engagement and success throughout their Data & AI journey with AWS.

Additionally, you will create and execute a comprehensive scaling and adoption plan that reaches partners through multiple channels — your efforts will include direct partner engagement, coordination with regional teams, and the development of innovative tools that streamline access to journey resources. You will also serve as the external face of AWS Data & AI, representing the organization in various partner engagements.

What we offer

Amazon provides a competitive salary range for this position, with annual compensation between $147,900 and $200,100, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health support, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) matching program. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
