What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Product, you will own the strategy and execution for expanding the Fusus platform into international markets. You will define the expansion and maturity model that ensures Fusus succeeds globally, working closely with sales leadership to understand tender pipelines and prioritize investments. Your role will involve setting the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Axon’s broader global product strategy. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that product development meets international requirements while balancing core deliverables. You will also engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that will inform product enhancements and new features. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team, driving real change in how Axon operates internationally.
