Who you are
You have extensive experience in product enablement and a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives within large organizations. Your background includes a deep understanding of service design and behavioral change, which you leverage to create impactful solutions. You are skilled in organizational design and business value creation, ensuring that new processes are not only implemented but also embraced by teams across the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at working with cross-functional teams to drive change.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end transformation of WPP's marketing platform, focusing on new ways of working that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across People, Process, and Systems to ensure that the solutions you design are scalable and future-ready. Your leadership will be crucial in embedding these processes within the organization, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning among the 150,000 employees across all agencies. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of these changes and iterating on them to ensure ongoing improvement.
