Desirable

What you'll do
As a Professional Services Manager at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our growing customer base with product deployments primarily in the DACH region. You will work closely with various teams to ensure a seamless implementation experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include consulting with customers to understand their needs, coordinating deployment programs, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful product adoption. You will become an expert in Axon's SaaS and devices products, leveraging your knowledge to guide customers through the implementation process. Your efforts will directly contribute to building strong partnerships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for managing customer expectations and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Regular communication with stakeholders will be key to keeping everyone informed and aligned throughout the deployment process. You will have the opportunity to travel internationally, engaging with clients and partners to strengthen relationships and gather feedback that can inform future product improvements.
