You have a strong background in technical consulting or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in software deployment and customer engagement. Desirable

What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the deployment of our products across the DACH region. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure that our solutions are tailored to meet their specific requirements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the implementation of our software and devices. You will also work closely with the Professional Services team to develop and refine deployment strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive successful outcomes.
In addition to direct customer engagement, you will contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and lessons learned from deployments. Your insights will help shape future product enhancements and service offerings. You will be expected to travel frequently to customer sites, ensuring that you maintain a strong presence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
