Overview

Axon is seeking an Inside Program Coordinator for the FususCONNECT program to cultivate partnerships between law enforcement agencies and communities. This role emphasizes community engagement and outreach initiatives, based in various hub locations across the United States.

You have a strong background in program coordination, ideally with experience in community engagement or partnership development. You understand the importance of fostering relationships and have a knack for connecting with diverse stakeholders. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve. You are adaptable and thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-person collaboration with remote work. You are passionate about making a positive impact in society and are driven by a mission that matters.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the implementation and management of the Axon Fusus Community Connect program. You will serve as the primary liaison for collaborating agencies, ensuring that the program is adopted seamlessly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating outreach initiatives to engage the community and promote the benefits of the program. You will work closely with law enforcement agencies to understand their needs and how the program can support their efforts in community safety and justice. You will also be responsible for tracking the program's progress and reporting on its impact, making adjustments as necessary to enhance its effectiveness. Collaboration is key, and you will partner with various teams within Axon to ensure that the program aligns with the company's mission and goals.
