You have 2+ years of experience in a PreSales, technical consultant, or sales role, where you've successfully collaborated with internal teams and external customers to deliver value-driven solutions. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with sales representatives, partners, and customers, and you thrive in a collaborative environment. You are open to admitting mistakes and view actionable feedback as a vital part of your growth. Your motivation to develop yourself and your team is evident in your approach to coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. You embody the values of HEART, which guide your interactions and decision-making.
Desirable
Experience with HubSpot products is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to propose effective solutions. A background in technical sales or consulting will help you navigate customer challenges and deliver technical value that aligns with their business goals. What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the sales organization to drive the execution of prospective and expansive deals. You will utilize your technical knowledge to become a trusted partner with sales and services, helping to craft solutions that resonate with customers. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring less experienced team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. You will be expected to stay updated on HubSpot products and industry trends to provide the best possible solutions to customers.
