Who you are

You have proven experience in Labour Relations in Germany, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment — you understand the nuances of navigating complex employee relations and compliance with German labour law. Your strong, hands-on command of labour law and co-determination allows you to advise leaders effectively and negotiate with Works Councils. You excel in stakeholder management, building trust with leaders and the Works Council while balancing conflicting interests. Your communication skills are top-notch — you can articulate complex topics clearly and calmly, even in high-stakes situations. You are disciplined in project and process management, ensuring that co-determination processes are driven with structure and accuracy.

What you'll do

As the Senior Labour Relations Manager, you will be the primary contact for the Works Council, managing the relationship from end to end. You will facilitate consultations and negotiations on Betriebsvereinbarungen and organizational changes, ensuring that all processes are timely and effective. Your role will involve providing tailored advice to business leaders and P&O on labour law and employee relations, helping to shape how the company collaborates with the Works Council. You will prepare and oversee all consultation processes, ensuring compliance and clarity in all co-determination topics. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you drive clarity, structure, and trust in employee relations.
