Backblaze is hiring a Senior Customer Growth Specialist to drive expansion opportunities from their customer base. This role requires strong engagement skills and a focus on customer success.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success and sales, ideally with experience in post-sales roles. You excel at identifying growth potential within existing customer accounts and proactively engaging them to create qualified expansion opportunities. Your analytical skills allow you to work effectively with data, signals, and insights to prioritize outreach and qualify opportunities. You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with Customer Success Managers and Sales partners to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on generating expansion pipeline from Backblaze's long-tail customer base. You will engage customers proactively, identifying those with growth potential and creating qualified opportunities for expansion. Your work will involve analyzing data and insights to prioritize outreach efforts, ensuring that you are targeting the right customers at the right time. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales partners to hand off expansion pipeline opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition and continued customer satisfaction.
