You have a proven track record in managing teams and driving customer growth initiatives β your experience includes building high-performing teams that excel in outbound sales and post-sales growth strategies. You understand the importance of balancing activity, quality, and results to meet pipeline targets effectively.
Your leadership style is hands-on, and you thrive in a player-coach role where you can mentor and coach your team to success. You have strong commercial acumen and are adept at collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
You are passionate about customer success and understand the nuances of engaging with a diverse customer base. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and continuously improve processes is key to your success in this role. What you'll do
As the Manager of Customer Growth, you will lead a team of Customer Growth Specialists dedicated to expanding the pipeline from Backblazeβs long-tail customer base. You will be responsible for setting performance targets and coaching your team to achieve these goals through effective outbound execution. Your role will involve close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment and maximize growth potential.
You will continuously assess and improve the strategies used to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities at scale. This includes analyzing data to inform decision-making and adjusting tactics as necessary to optimize results. You will also play a crucial role in developing training programs that enhance your team's skills and effectiveness in driving customer engagement.
