Backblaze is seeking a Customer Growth Intelligence Consultant to design and operationalize data-driven programs for customer expansion. This role involves hands-on work across data sources and systems to create insights that drive growth across various teams.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success and data analysis, with experience in identifying growth opportunities within existing customer bases. You understand how to leverage data to drive actionable insights and have a knack for operationalizing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, allows you to create a cohesive approach to customer growth. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and have a proven track record of driving initiatives that lead to customer expansion.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage in a focused 10–12 week project to design and implement the necessary data signals and programs that identify customers ready for expansion. You will work hands-on with various data sources and systems to create durable insights that inform strategies across Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Marketing. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, developing automated reporting systems, and collaborating with teams to ensure that insights are actionable and lead to tangible growth. You will also be responsible for operationalizing these insights, ensuring that they are integrated into the workflows of relevant teams to maximize their impact on customer success.
