Overview

Showpad is hiring a Manager, Customer Growth to oversee customer relationships and drive retention and growth. You'll focus on maximizing customer outcomes and achieving sales goals while mentoring Account Managers. This role requires 5+ years of experience in managing sales teams.

Who you are

With over 5 years of experience managing sales teams, you have a proven track record of driving customer growth and retention. Your expertise in value selling techniques allows you to effectively mentor and develop Account Managers, helping them uncover new business opportunities. You are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing outcomes, which is reflected in your ability to maintain high customer health scores. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work closely with other Go-To-Market teams to execute sales strategies that align with company goals.

You possess strong leadership skills and are comfortable participating in the sales cycle, providing strategic support to your team. Your ability to accurately forecast sales projections demonstrates your analytical mindset and attention to detail. You are passionate about fostering a positive office culture and are excited to contribute to the London office's growth and success.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Customer Growth, you will take full ownership of customer relationships, ensuring their retention and overall satisfaction with Showpad's services. You will actively participate in the sales cycle, bringing leadership and strategic support to your team. Your role will involve planning and delivering sales strategies that meet and exceed sales projections, while also mentoring Account Managers to help them develop their skills and uncover new business opportunities.

You will collaborate with other Go-To-Market teams to execute sales strategies as new products are released or existing solutions are enhanced. Your commitment to continuous learning and innovation will be essential as you uplift collaboration with US counterparts to meet global needs and goals. You will also focus on uncovering EMEA-focused initiatives to improve regional sales results, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's objectives.
