What you'll do

As a Senior SoC Memory Subsystem Architect at Baidu, you will provide technical leadership throughout the development phases of AI SoCs — your primary focus will be on designing a unified memory space architecture that supports thousands of accelerators. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the architecture that enhances the efficiency of distributed AI training systems.

Your responsibilities will include exploring and evaluating architectural design choices in SoC fabrics, system caches, and memory management units (MMUs) — you will also participate in performance simulations to improve memory subsystem efficiency. You will work closely with hardware design, verification, emulation, and validation teams to ensure that the architecture meets performance and functionality requirements.
