Who you are

You are a Number Porting Specialist with a strong background in managing carrier relationships and ensuring efficient Local Number Portability (LNP) for customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at building productive relationships with vendors to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Your exceptional customer service skills enable you to guide customers through the number porting process, ensuring a seamless experience. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced setting, always focusing on customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end porting process, including order management and real-time coordination with field technicians. You will serve as the primary contact for porting escalations, internal inquiries, and customer requests. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with providers to secure timely Firm Order Confirmations (FOC) and ensuring that all customer needs are met efficiently. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative, customer-focused team environment, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and effectively.
