Who you are

You have a strong technical background and are eager to help customers resolve their issues. Your expertise in Local and Wide Area Networks, Router Configurations, and VoIP technologies makes you a valuable asset to the team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively address customer inquiries through various channels. You are detail-oriented and enjoy analyzing technical issues to find solutions. You are adaptable and can work the required night shift hours from 9pm to 8am, Monday through Friday.

Desirable

Experience with SMS/MMS Messaging is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to assist customers with a broader range of issues. Familiarity with ticketing systems and troubleshooting methodologies will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Technical Support Analyst at Bandwidth, you will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting technical issues related to networking, VoIP, and HTTP messaging. You will address customer inquiries through our ticketing system, phone, or email in a timely and professional manner. Analyzing call flows, packet captures, and system logs for faults will be a key part of your daily tasks. You will collaborate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues effectively. Your role will also involve testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet customer needs.
