You have 4+ years of closing sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record in driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams. Your leadership style is collaborative and you thrive in mentoring others, helping them to exceed their sales goals. You are comfortable engaging in technical conversations, enabling your team to effectively communicate the value of complex AI products to customers. You understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with product development and are eager to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams. You are committed to fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning within your team, ensuring that everyone is equipped to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the needs of your customers and the intricacies of the products you are selling. A background in building go-to-market strategies for emerging segments will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at Baseten, you will lead and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on the Emerging segment. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with your team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to engage in technical discussions with prospects and customers. You will also play a key role in hiring and scaling the sales team, identifying top talent and facilitating their onboarding process.
