You have 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS or fintech startup, where you've worked closely with customers on onboarding, implementation, and training. Your extensive experience managing enterprise relations ideally includes working with large accounts, allowing you to understand the complexities of customer needs and expectations. You thrive in customer-facing roles and are passionate about ensuring client success through effective communication and relationship management. You are adept at translating business goals into actionable workflows that leverage intelligent agents, enhancing the efficiency of accounting processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Deployed Intelligence team, leading customer engagements from kickoff to adoption and expansion. You will run workshops and training sessions, ensuring that clients fully understand and can utilize the intelligent workflows you help create. As the primary interface with customers, you will gather feedback and insights to relay to the Engineering team, directly influencing product improvements and future developments. Your role is crucial in driving post-sale success and ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with Basis AI's solutions.
