What you'll do
In this role, you will connect Aircall’s innovative AI technology with the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will refine the platform and accelerate its adoption in the market.
You will engage with customers throughout the implementation process, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are fully equipped to utilize Aircall’s features effectively. Your role will involve gathering feedback from users to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that Aircall remains at the forefront of customer communications technology.
