What you'll do

As the Manager Forward Deployed Engineering, you will oversee the onboarding of customers onto Taktile's platform, ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You will lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, guiding them through the technical delivery of projects from scoping to stable production traffic. Your role will involve reviewing solution designs, managing project timelines, and ensuring that your team is equipped to tackle challenges effectively.

You will collaborate closely with RevOps and Customer Operations to introduce scalable processes that enhance the efficiency of the Forward Deployed Engineering teams. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within your team, as you work together to solve complex problems and deliver impactful solutions.
