Who you are
You have a proven track record in field marketing, ideally within the technology sector, and possess a deep understanding of regional marketing strategies. Your experience includes executing diverse marketing programs such as events, trade shows, and webinars that drive demand and engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You are comfortable being the 'go-to' person for marketing in your territory, advocating for the brand and its solutions. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels. You are results-driven and have a passion for using data to inform your marketing decisions.
What you'll do
As the Field Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, you will own the regional marketing strategy for Verkada, focusing on expanding the company's presence across EMEA. You will develop and execute a diversified program mix that includes hosting events, participating in regional trade shows, and conducting webinars to generate demand. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals, acting as a key advocate for Verkada's solutions in the Benelux and Nordic regions. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve engagement. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company. You will work onsite in the London office five days a week, contributing to a vibrant office culture and team dynamic.
