Beekeeper is hiring an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities. You'll work closely with Customer Success teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong relationship management skills.

You have a strong background in relationship management and sales, with a proven track record of maintaining and growing customer accounts. Your ability to articulate value propositions clearly and resolve customer issues effectively sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer trust and maximize contract value. You understand the importance of customer retention and are skilled at identifying upsell opportunities that benefit both the client and the company.
You possess excellent negotiation skills, enabling you to navigate complex discussions with clients and secure favorable renewal terms. Your experience in account management has equipped you with the ability to uncover customer requirements and address roadblocks proactively. You are detail-oriented and adept at managing your time effectively, ensuring that all accounts receive the attention they deserve. You are committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the renewals process for a portfolio of accounts, collaborating with Customer Success, Account Executives, and Sales Operations to develop comprehensive strategies that ensure successful renewals. You will negotiate contract terms for medium and large accounts, focusing on maximizing contract value while maintaining customer trust. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer requirements, uncovering potential roadblocks, and demonstrating strong account management capabilities to drive timely renewals.
You will also develop innovative strategies to retain escalated clients, providing them with viable renewal options that may include negotiating pricing and contract duration. Your insights will be crucial in identifying growth opportunities and improving future outcomes for your clients. You will work closely with the Customer Success teams to ensure that clients are set up for success, ultimately maximizing total revenue for the company.
