Who you are

You are a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and exceeding targets. You thrive on owning accounts and identifying growth opportunities, delivering measurable value to customers. Your experience in account management has equipped you with the skills to engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers effectively.

You possess a deep understanding of the sales process, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. You are adept at maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates, ensuring that your clients see the value in their partnerships with Minitab. Your proactive approach to account planning allows you to maximize renewal rates and increase wallet share.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Minitab, you will own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts within your territory. You will drive renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and pursue new logo opportunities, all while delivering against quarterly and annual sales quotas. Your role will involve maintaining a strong pipeline and ensuring forecast accuracy above 90%.

You will develop deep knowledge of your assigned accounts, including key stakeholders, buying processes, and the competitive landscape. By strengthening relationships beyond procurement and license coordinators, you will engage directly with end users and decision-makers to maximize renewal rates and increase wallet share through proactive account planning.

In this high-impact role, you will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while proactively managing the full renewal process. You will play a key role in expanding Minitab's presence within existing customers and identifying new opportunities through structured discovery and value-based selling. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve 100%+ sales quota and maintain high customer satisfaction.
