You have a strong background in account management and client relations, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships. You understand the importance of aligning client objectives with internal capabilities, ensuring that you serve as a trusted advisor to your clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to project managers. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and are skilled at developing strategies that maximize value for both the client and your organization.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive client success. Your analytical mindset helps you monitor key account metrics, ensuring that you track progress and meet goals effectively. You are adept at contract negotiations and understand the nuances of pricing discussions, always aiming for a win-win outcome.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and industry trends. You will connect the dots across internal capabilities and client objectives to propose repeatable solutions and strategic initiatives. Leading strategic account planning and execution will be key to driving client success and long-term growth. You will communicate effectively across all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the organization.

You will identify and present risk/reward opportunities, proactively developing strategies to maximize value for both the client and Wizeline. Creating and maintaining comprehensive account plans with clear action items will be essential, as you will track progress regularly to ensure goals are met. Monitoring key account metrics such as revenue, backlog, team performance, client satisfaction, and margin will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also support contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with your team.
