Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a technology-driven environment. Your strong business acumen allows you to understand customer needs and craft effective strategies to deliver value. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for identifying upsell opportunities that benefit both the customer and the company. You are data-driven and can measure success through KPIs, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes. You are a proactive communicator, capable of guiding customers through the implementation process and beyond, ensuring they are primed for long-term success.
Desirable
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI/ML technologies. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting and can adapt to the needs of your customers and team. You have a passion for innovation and are eager to contribute to a company that is shaping the future of data utilization in businesses.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Behavox, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of customer deliverables during the delivery stage. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the Behavox platform, which involves facilitating high ROI and preventing churn. You will work closely with customers to define their KPIs and guide them in achieving their business goals. After the go-live phase, you will measure the success of the program and provide ongoing support to help customers navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Your role will also involve identifying upsell opportunities and expanding your book of business, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
