You have a strong background in customer success management, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving value generation. Your business acumen allows you to understand customer needs and help them craft their KPIs effectively. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring zero churn by facilitating high ROI for your customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping customers succeed with their data-driven solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of functional deliverables during the delivery stage, ensuring that your customers are primed for long-term success. After the go-live phase, your primary focus will be on measuring the success of the program and guiding the customer on how to maximize the value they receive from the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure that they are leveraging the platform to its fullest potential.
