You are a people-centric individual with a strong ability to empathize with others, making you an ideal candidate for the HOA Community Liaison role. Your detail-oriented nature and strong organizational skills enable you to manage relationships effectively and ensure compliance with community policies. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, allowing you to interact confidently with HOA contacts and residents alike. Your experience with Google Suite and telephony systems like Zendesk and Intercom is a plus, as it helps you streamline communication and documentation processes. Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to handle inquiries and support residents effectively. Familiarity with HOAs or real estate is also advantageous, giving you a deeper understanding of the community dynamics you will be working within.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will fully own the relationships with HOAs, establishing initial contact and maintaining these relationships for the duration of Belong's management of the homes. You will ensure listing ability and accuracy by confirming rental allowances in the communities where we manage homes. Supporting the move-in process for new residents will be a key responsibility, as you will provide them with essential details and relevant information from our HOA contacts. Your ability to understand and decipher HOA documentation will be crucial, as you will update this information into our system accordingly. Collaborating closely with the Move-In Specialists team, you will ensure that resident transitions are smooth and seamless, contributing to a positive experience for all involved. Your role will also involve regular communication with HOA contacts to address any concerns and ensure compliance with community policies, ultimately fostering a sense of belonging for our residents.
