Who you are
You have a strong background in customer experience operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are skilled in data analysis and have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency. Your ability to collaborate across teams is essential, as you will work closely with Professional Services, Support, and Customer Success leaders to enhance processes and tools. You are proficient in SQL and have experience building dashboards to track team and customer outcomes. You understand the importance of data in driving decision-making and are comfortable presenting insights to executives. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact on customer satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience in the biotechnology or software industry is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Mode and Sigma for dashboard creation will set you apart. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will maintain and evolve customer experience dashboards, ensuring metrics visibility for the team and executives. You will spearhead initiatives that span pre-sales scoping, implementation, post-live support, and customer success phases. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various operational teams to align processes with company goals. You will drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance the efficiency of customer experience operations. You will also be responsible for producing accurate and timely data for executive reviews, ensuring that the leadership team has the insights they need to make informed decisions. Your role will require you to be hands-on, as you will work directly with tools and systems to implement improvements.
