What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Enterprise Lifecycle team, you will lead a team of eight engineers dedicated to building critical capabilities for Benchling's largest customers. Your role will involve setting the technical direction for the team, ensuring that the systems you develop meet the highest standards of data integrity and compliance. You will work closely with product management to shape the future of Benchling's enterprise offerings, driving execution on a roadmap that balances innovation with reliability.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development of systems that support auditing, document lifecycle management, exports, and backups. Your leadership will ensure that these foundational systems are robust and capable of supporting enterprise customers in regulated environments. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging engineers to share knowledge and best practices.
