What you'll do
As a Lead Solutions Engineer at Klaviyo, you will take ownership of the technical strategy for large enterprise deals, leading the charge in complex negotiations that often involve six to seven-figure contracts. You will be responsible for designing solutions that not only meet client needs but also showcase the full potential of Klaviyo's offerings. Your role will involve collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans that drive revenue.
You will engage with clients to understand their challenges and objectives, using your technical expertise to propose innovative solutions that leverage Klaviyo's capabilities. Your ability to articulate the value of our products will be crucial in winning over stakeholders and securing buy-in from decision-makers. You will also play a key role in setting the standard for excellence within the solutions engineering team, mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices.
In addition to direct client engagement, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on client interactions.
