You have a strong background in product analytics and data science, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams and managing data projects. You enjoy diving deep into data while also guiding and mentoring others, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality insights that drive product decisions. Your expertise in SQL and data analysis tools allows you to extract meaningful information from complex datasets, and you have a knack for translating data findings into actionable strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for data-driven decision-making. You are comfortable balancing hands-on analytical work with leadership responsibilities, and you are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
Desirable
Experience in the biotechnology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with R&D processes. You may also have experience with data visualization tools, which can enhance your team's ability to communicate insights effectively.
What you'll do
