You have a strong background in life sciences and a deep understanding of R&D processes โ€” your experience allows you to engage effectively with senior scientific and IT leaders. You are adept at navigating complex enterprise IT environments and have a proven track record of deploying solutions that integrate with various vendor systems and legacy applications. Your familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions enables you to present credible and valuable options to clients, ensuring their needs are met with cutting-edge technology.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams such as sales leadership, account executives, and professional services โ€” your ability to communicate effectively across departments ensures that the best solutions are presented to customers. You are comfortable in a pre-sales role, where establishing trust and credibility from the first meeting is crucial. Your technical acumen and interpersonal skills make you a valuable asset in driving customer success.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Solution Consultant at Benchling, you will be the primary solution lead for our largest customers and prospects โ€” your role will involve developing optimal solutions that drive significant value for clients. You will collaborate with sales leadership and account executives to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions that leverage Benchlingโ€™s R&D Cloud. Your expertise in life sciences R&D processes will be instrumental in establishing credibility with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

You will engage with senior scientific and IT leaders to understand their unique challenges and develop solutions that integrate seamlessly into their existing IT environments โ€” your ability to interface with other vendor solutions and legacy applications will be key to your success. You will work closely with product leaders to ensure that the solutions you present are aligned with Benchlingโ€™s offerings and capabilities, driving customer satisfaction and success.

Your role will also involve participating in pre-sales activities, where you will showcase the value of Benchlingโ€™s solutions to potential clients โ€” your strong communication skills will help you articulate the benefits of our technology and how it can accelerate their R&D processes. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that Benchling is positioned as a trusted partner in their scientific endeavors.
