You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales leadership, account executives, and product leaders to ensure that customer needs are met with the best possible solutions. You are comfortable in a pre-sales role, establishing credibility from the first meeting and driving value for customers through innovative technology.

Experience in the biotechnology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with lab instruments and other scientific tools. What you'll do

As an Enterprise Solution Consultant at Benchling, you will be the primary solution lead for our largest customers and prospects. You will partner with both external and internal teams to develop optimal solutions that drive value for our customers. Your role will involve working closely with sales leadership and account executives to present the best solutions during the pre-sales process. You will engage with senior scientific and IT leaders to establish credibility and confidence, ensuring that the solutions you propose align with their needs and expectations. You will also collaborate with professional services and product teams to ensure that the solutions are effectively implemented and integrated into the clients' existing systems. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients in the biotechnology sector, helping them accelerate their R&D processes and bring innovative products to market.
