Who you are
You have a strong background in life science R&D and enterprise software systems, with experience in guiding organizations through digital transformation. Your expertise allows you to assess IT landscapes and understand strategic objectives, enabling you to architect solutions that drive mission-critical outcomes. You are a strategic advisor who can translate complex IT strategies into tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with biotechnology organizations at the forefront of innovation. Your ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects ensures successful go-live and adoption of solutions. You are committed to providing ongoing strategic guidance and best practice education to maximize customer value.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with biotechnology organizations to assess their IT landscape and understand their strategic objectives. You will lead implementation projects from discovery through successful go-live, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing solution architecture and establishing best practices and data architecture standards to ensure long-term success.
You will provide ongoing strategic guidance and product engagement recommendations to maximize customer value. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are effectively integrated into existing systems and processes. You will also be responsible for educating customers on best practices and helping them navigate the complexities of digital transformation.
