You have extensive experience in event management, ideally with a focus on both in-person and virtual events. Your strategic thinking allows you to blend creativity with execution, ensuring that every event is not only memorable but also aligns with Netflix's brand values. What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead a team dedicated to the development and delivery of world-class events across Japan. You will oversee both external-facing and internal employee events, ensuring that each initiative reflects Netflix's innovative spirit. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, resource management, and execution of events that resonate with audiences and stakeholders alike.
You will work closely with various teams across APAC to create, shape, and manage events for Netflix content, ensuring that all aspects are executed flawlessly. Your role will involve not just managing logistics but also contributing to the creative process, ensuring that every event is unique and impactful. You will report to the Director of Events for APAC and will be instrumental in driving the success of Netflix's event initiatives in the region.
