Your ability to engage in meaningful conversations with US-based clients is crucial, and prior experience in customer service roles focused on US customers will be an advantage. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a new team dedicated to simplifying the home buying journey.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs and providing support throughout their home buying journey. You will work closely with the Real Estate Team to ensure seamless interactions and customer satisfaction. This role requires you to be proactive in addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
What we offer
This is a night shift role from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, with a night shift allowance in addition to your fixed CTC. You will have the flexibility of working from home, with support for your setup and a monthly WFH allowance.
