What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for BetterCloud's Workflows (Platform) value stream, you will lead a team of distributed full-stack engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of core workflow automation capabilities. You will collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions your team builds meet the needs of IT professionals and align with BetterCloud's strategic goals.
You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in hiring new talent and ensuring that your team has the resources and support they need to succeed.
