Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in financial operations, particularly in managing account transfers and related processes. Your background includes leading teams and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. You understand the intricacies of transfer flows, including ACATS, non-ACATS, DTC, trusts, and IRAs, and you are adept at designing customer journeys that minimize friction. You are a strategic thinker who can bring insights from previous roles to improve existing processes and tools. You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively manage a team while fostering a collaborative environment. You are committed to empowering both customers and advisors through seamless financial operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of account and transfer operations at Betterment. You will be responsible for ensuring that money is transferred onto and off the platform quickly and accurately. Your focus will be on scalability and efficiency, as you work to streamline processes and reduce instances where customers face obstacles. You will collaborate with various teams to implement best practices and enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will analyze current operations and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the team meets its goals and objectives. What we offer
Betterment provides a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $145,000, along with a comprehensive equity package and health benefits.
