Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors. You understand the nuances of managing customer relationships and are skilled at identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales strategies tailored to small and medium-sized businesses. You may have a background in customer success or sales development, which enhances your ability to drive growth within your accounts.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager (SMB) at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on organizations with 25 to 500 employees. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales opportunities by promoting additional products and services to your clients. You will engage with your book of business to identify cross-selling opportunities and increase subscription levels, all while striving to achieve and exceed your monthly sales quotas. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. Your role will also involve regular communication with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction with KnowBe4's offerings.
