You have at least 2-3 years of experience in account servicing or sales — you've successfully managed client relationships and understand the nuances of partner growth. Your strong commercial acumen allows you to identify opportunities that drive revenue and profitability for your partners. You possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and productive. Your people skills shine through as you build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of partners, from local hawker stalls to well-known chains. You are proficient in using Microsoft Office and G-suite tools, which helps you communicate effectively and manage your tasks efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and service a portfolio of small to medium partners, guiding them through their growth journey and addressing their inquiries. You will build strong relationships with these partners and roll out initiatives that enhance their revenue and profitability. By sharing best practices, you will help partners achieve operational excellence and leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities.
