Overview

Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead pre-to-post sale campaign execution and drive revenue growth. You'll partner with clients and sales teams to ensure excellent client service. This role requires strong account management skills and experience in a strategic partnership.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in media or advertising. Your ability to lead and manage strategic accounts is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with clients and internal teams. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that campaign execution is flawless and meets client expectations. You are also a natural leader, capable of mentoring and training new Account Managers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Desirable

Experience in the advertising industry or with digital media campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and training methodologies will help you excel in this role. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in building strong teams and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Netflix, you will manage top and strategic accounts, working closely with the Sales team to drive revenue growth. You will lead the training and development of new Account Managers, creating training materials and templates to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. Your role will involve responding to RFPs, generating media plans, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure that all client needs are met. You will act as the first point of escalation for other Account Managers, providing guidance and support as needed. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with Account Management Leadership to enhance sales enablement and onboarding processes.
