Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services sector, where you've successfully led product initiatives that enhance user experience and drive engagement. You possess a strong understanding of investing concepts and can translate complex financial information into clear, user-friendly experiences. Your design-forward approach ensures that products are not only functional but also visually appealing and intuitive for users. You are skilled in stakeholder management, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful product features. You thrive in environments that challenge the status quo and are eager to question assumptions to create better client experiences. You are data-driven, using metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver the most value to clients.
Desirable
Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with financial wellness solutions and investment products. You have a knack for visual design and an understanding of how design impacts user behavior. A background in technology-driven financial services will help you navigate the complexities of the industry and contribute to Betterment's mission effectively.
What you'll do
