Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in engaging with high-level decision-makers and executives. Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs is exceptional, and you thrive in environments that require innovative thinking and adaptability. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through your work, and you understand the nuances of the employer/employee relationship in a transformative context.
You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing in-person collaboration with remote work. You are prepared to commit to being in the office at least two days a week, ensuring that you can foster strong connections with your team and clients alike. Your experience in the Federal sector is a plus, as you navigate the complexities of government sales with ease.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at BetterUp, you will engage with decision-makers and executives within the Federal Government to generate new business revenue. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with BetterUp's mission of human transformation. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals that contribute to the company's growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that the solutions you offer meet the unique needs of your clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and present compelling value propositions will be key to your success. You will also participate in ongoing training and development, leveraging the resources available to you, including your personal BetterUp Coach, to enhance your skills and performance.
