Who you are

You are an aspiring Inside Solutions Engineer eager to develop your technical expertise and customer-facing skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales representatives and partners to showcase the value of cybersecurity solutions. You possess a strong desire to learn and grow within a supportive team-oriented culture.

You have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and are excited to articulate the business value of solutions to prospects and customers. You are detail-oriented and capable of conducting background research to understand customer needs and validate technical environments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and product demonstrations, to effectively communicate the capabilities of BeyondTrustโ€™s products. You will support lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems, ensuring that the sales team is well-equipped to engage with potential customers.

You will contribute to RFP/RFI responses, ensuring accurate and timely submissions that highlight the strengths of BeyondTrustโ€™s offerings. Your participation in discovery and opportunity engagement will involve conducting background research and asking qualifying questions to better understand customer needs.

You will articulate the business value of BeyondTrust solutions, demonstrating how they address customer challenges and deliver on the value proposition. Additionally, you will assist in developing written proposals that complement financial proposals for prospects, playing a key role in the sales process.
