Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer engagement and technical consulting, ideally with experience in cybersecurity solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively allows you to influence decisions and guide customers through their buying journey, ensuring alignment with their strategic priorities. You are adept at demonstrating business value and driving customer adoption through technical relationships and reviews.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your consultative approach enables you to understand customer challenges and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs. You are passionate about helping customers realize the full value of the solutions you provide, and you take pride in being a trusted advisor.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with customers to identify their challenges and business requirements, leveraging your product expertise to propose effective solutions. You will guide customers through their buying journey, ensuring that your recommendations align with their critical business outcomes. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you conduct presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase the value of BeyondTrust solutions.

You will also be responsible for demonstrating the business value of our solutions during proof of concepts, helping customers understand how our offerings can solve their specific problems. By developing technical relationships and creating champions within existing customer accounts, you will drive expansion and adoption of our products through regular technical reviews.
